研修案内・Program outline
GOES Home特別研修・6週間夏季休暇中 GOES Home Summer Online (6 weeks)
１部：西オーストラリア大学附属語学学校CELTで、５週間オンライン英語授業、月〜金週5回 9:30~14:00
オーストラリアの先生達による楽しい英会話授業。研修前にレベルテストを行うので自分に合ったレベルで学べます。さまざまな国の学生と一緒に学べる可能性もあります。
２部：鹿児島大学で１週間のグロカルキャンプ、月〜金週5回 10:00~17:00
Glocal Campで科目の課題（レポート＝ウェブサイト作り・ウェブサイト紹介の発表）を準備します。ウェブサイトのテーマは皆と一緒に決めます。ベースは鹿児島・パース姉妹都市関係、またはSDGsです。CELTで学んだ英語を楽しんで使いましょう!
Part 1: 5 weeks of online English lessons at University of Western Australia’s Center for English Language Teaching (UWA CELT) Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 2:00pm.
Learn English communication online from highly qualified teachers in Australia. Prior to starting you’ll be placed in a class according to your English level, where you’ll be able to enjoy studying with other students from all over the world.
Part 2: 1 week of Glocal Camp at Kagoshima University, Monday through Friday 10:00am~5:00pm
Glocal Camp is where you’ll complete the course assignments by using your newly gained English skills to build a website. You’ll decide your topic in relation to the SDGs and Kagoshima’s sister-city relationship with Perth, Australia.
＊英語試験(TOEIC)は研修前・後の2回行います。You’ll take an English test (TOEIC) pre- and post- study.
GOES海外研修・10週間夏季休暇中 GOES Summer Abroad (10 weeks)

１部：西オーストラリア大学附属語学学校CELTで、10週間英語授業、月〜金週5回 8:30~12:45
２部：西オーストラリア大学附属語学学校CELTで、オーストラリア文化・科学教育特別授業、週２〜３回 1:45~16:30
３部：自習調査プロジェクト、週２〜３回 1:45~16:30
Part 1: 10 weeks of in-class English lessons at University of Western Australia’s Center for English Language Teaching (UWA CELT) Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 12:45pm.
Part 2: 10 weeks of Australian Culture & STEM Studies, 2~3 days/week, 1:45pm~4:30pm
Part 3: 10 weeks Independent Study Project, 2~3 days/week, 1:45pm
GOESラボ研修・学年中・夏季休暇中10~12週間・指導教員と海外での研究者合同研究活動ベース GOES Lab (10~12 weeks) *Based on Supervising Professor’s overseas research activity

１部：１０〜１２週間海外大学で、学生研究インターンシップ&語学学校（選択）
指導教員が海外との共同研究を行なっている場合には、海外の大学等でラボインターンシップを行える場合があります 。参加するには高い英語能力と研究能力が求められます。単位取得のため、語学学校に通うのもお勧めですが、英語能力によって選択が出きます。参加希望の場合、指導教員の推薦が必要です。
２部：GOES海外研修の参加学生と一緒に活動すると単位認定
鹿児島大学で、研修後、ラボ研修の経験感想を英語で発表します。
＊英語試験(TOEIC)は研修前・後、2回行います。研修中、毎週2回英語ブログを書きます。
Part 1: Student research internship at an overseas university, and language study (optional)
If your supervising professor has a research collaborator overseas, you may be able to visit their lab to participate in a student internship. You will need a high level of English and research ability to participate, and it’s advisable to also take language lessons at your destination. Please note that GOES Lab is only available if your professor recommends you.
＊You’ll take an English test (TOEIC) pre- and post-study. You’ll also keep a weekly blog (2 entries per week) during your stay abroad.
